Hardware

Our service(s) are that of a SaaS (Software as a Service). Therefore we do not provide hardware of any kind. Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties in writing, we do not provide hardware as part of any subscription to CloudSign.tv.

Access to Services

We cannot guarantee that this service will work in all countries. It is intended to be used within the United States of America. We cannot guarantee that the network using this service will not restrict the IP address of CloudSign.tv or any of its APIs required to operate. Please insure your locations network does not require white labeling of CloudSign.tv.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. Unacceptable content includes but is not limited to:

  • Acts of violence of any kind.
  • Promotion or use of illegal drugs.
  • Abuse, harassment, or exploitation of any individual, regardless of age.

Content Review and Law Enforcement

Our company reserves the right to review any content displayed using our services. We will cooperate with local and federal law enforcement authorities if content is found to violate our guidelines or applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any lost media or data. We are also not liable for internet connection issues while using the product. Such issues are the responsibility of your internet service provider.

We are not liable for any lost revenue due to malfunctioning hardware or software. Furthermore, we are not responsible for reimbursement of lost earnings, revenue, or income due to any technical issue.

Any issues with the software can be reported through our support line at info@cloudsign.tv. We will address software issues as per our support policies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
