Complete Setup Guide for CloudSign.tv with Amazon Fire TV Stick

Get your free digital signage running in minutes with our easy step-by-step instructions

Connect Your Amazon Fire TV Stick
- Plug it into the HDMI port of your screen and power it up.
Set Up Fire TV Stick
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to Wi-Fi.
Install the Cloud Singage Pro App onto your Amazon Fire TV Stick
- Open the Amazon App Store and search for "Cloud Signage Pro".
- Download and install the app.
- Open the App after install. You should see a QR Code on the screen as well as a code below.
Log In to Your Account (Use your smartphone for quick set up)
- Open the URL https://cloudsign.tv from your browser and enter your credentials.
- If you still need to register you can register here. (need credentials?)
Claim the Screen
- (Option A) Using your smartphone camera, scan the QR Code.
  - A creation form should open in your phones browser with the code prefilled if you are logged into the dashboard.
- (Option B) Using the code on the screen, enter the code into the screen create form.
- Name the screen and give it a description if you would like.
- Your screen is now waiting for content.
Customize & Display Your Content
- Follow our Instructions to start displaying content. Use the CloudSign.tv dashboard to upload media, create slides, and manage presentations across several screens.

Turn off the "Are you still watching?" warning on Fire Stick
- On the Fire Stick go to System Preferences.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Data Usage Monitoring.
- Toggle the Still Watching setting to Off.
Turn off any sleep mode/timer or energy saving shutoff on monitors.
Use a high-speed internet connection for smooth performance.
Position your screen in a high-traffic area to maximize visibility.
